How a piece gets made.

Five steps, from your first message to a finished piece with Ramon's signature on it.

Tell us what you want built
Send a short request with a few photos of the room or a rough sketch, and the size you have in mind.
We talk it through on a video call
A video call to go over wood, finish, size, and how the piece will be used. Send photos and measurements, and we'll work out the design together.
You get a written estimate
A clear scope and price for your piece, so you know where you stand before we start.
We build it
Built by hand in our Springdale workshop. We keep you updated as it comes together.
Numbered and signed
Ramon numbers and signs every finished piece. Then it's yours: local pickup or delivery in Northwest Arkansas, or freight shipping quoted per piece.

Every quote request gets a reply within one business day, Monday to Friday.

In plain words

The terms

Consultation: Video call. Send photos and measurements, and we'll work out the design together.
Deposit: 50% to start. The balance is due before the piece is picked up, delivered or shipped.
Refunds: The deposit is refundable within 48 hours of payment. After that, it is non-refundable once materials are ordered.
Payment: Payment is by invoice. There is no online checkout.
Lead time: 8 to 12 weeks from deposit.
Pickup and delivery: Local pickup or delivery in Northwest Arkansas, and freight shipping quoted per piece.
Freight damage: If a freight shipment arrives damaged, note the damage on the delivery paperwork before signing. We help you file the claim with the carrier.
Guarantee: Guaranteed against defects in our joinery and materials for the life of the piece, for the original owner. Normal wood movement, wear, and damage in shipping or misuse are not covered.
